Question 1

How much should a roof cost?

Accepted Answer

A roof replacement can range widely — from a value architectural shingle system to premium stone-coated steel — because price depends on your roof's measured size, pitch, complexity, and the system you select.

Question 2

What is Class 4?

Accepted Answer

Class 4 is the highest impact-resistance rating under UL 2218 — it means a shingle survived a 2-inch steel ball dropped from 20 feet without cracking.

Question 3

How do Monthly Payments work?

Accepted Answer

Instead of paying the full project price upfront, you spread the cost over fixed monthly payments — illustrated here at 84 months (7 years) at 8.99% APR for good-credit borrowers.

Question 4

Why are roofing bids so different?

Accepted Answer

Bids differ because of the product tier, what's included underneath, warranty level, labor quality, and whether the measurement is accurate — not just the number on top.

Ask anything about your roof.
